Fog hydro flask4/26/2023 SO having one bottle out of commission for a few weeks is a little annoying, at most, when I drag at least three thermal bottles to work everyday and have six just drying at any time. I had three of those fail on me (warranty replaced), but the pink and black ones still work great.īut I love thermal bottles and I have a few, for dedicated tea, coffee, and water, because I like to wash my bottles thoroughly and make sure they all get at least a day's worth of drying times. That said, never buy the HF navy colored straw caps. ![]() There's a reason you buy two every season, they only last about that long. Even the bottles that say they have warranty, I've never had Contigo repond to any of my warranty requests. I went through a ridiculous amount of Costco contigo bottles before I found hydroflask (HF) and klean kanteen (KK), and those broke all the time, even without denting, with no good warranty, and no easy way to recycle. Still, considering that you pay so much for one, I appreciate the lifetime warranty. The second one, that one sucked because I bought it new from the official website and it came with broken insulation, but once you put water in it, you can't return it. The first one was a really dented flask that lost insulation (four years old, fell off a moving car), originally a gift that came a little dented. ![]() That's still cheaper than buying most new insulated bottles. They've had that ship back policy in place for at least 1.5-two years now? I've replaced two bottles with the policy, and paid maybe $6 for shipping for shipping one.
